Who handles your data

What data we collect

When you join the waiting list we keep your name, your email, your mobile number if you give it, the product you are interested in, your confirmation that you are over 55 or buying for someone who is, the date you signed up and the campaign you came from (for example, an advert). We do not ask for or keep any health data.

What for

Only to let you know about the launch and the launch offers. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

For how long

Until the launch and for no more than 12 months after you sign up, or until you ask to be removed, whichever comes first.

Who we share it with

No one. The data is kept on a server in the European Union. We do not sell or pass on data to third parties.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, or for it to be corrected, deleted or transferred, and you can withdraw your consent, by writing to info@lavezu.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (cnpd.pt).
