On day one
The tub arrives with the 3 g scoop and the PDF guide with the 12-week plan.

Creatine at the right dose for people over 55 who do strength training three times a week.
Daily creatine consumption can enhance the effect of resistance training on muscle strength in adults aged 55 and older. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine and resistance training at least three times a week, for several weeks, at 65–75% of the maximum weight you can lift once.
After 55, strength training is what matters most. Creatine does not do the work for you, but it helps your training pay off. One scoop a day, in a glass of water or in your milky coffee.

Tick the days you train. We will show you your week, when the tub runs out and how much it costs per day.
Which days do you do strength training?
You train on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Take 3 g every day, on rest days too. One tub lasts 100 days.

Learn the six exercises in the guide with a light weight. Squat, row, push, lift from the floor.

Increase the weight until the last few reps feel hard. This is where the training starts to count.

Three sessions a week are now a habit. If you have any questions, write to us.

Repeat the tests from the first week and compare. Measure with numbers, not with the mirror.

The tub runs out. With a subscription, the next one will already have arrived a few days earlier.

Strength training does not replace walking. The two together are better.

What is creatine? A substance your body already makes, also found in meat and fish. Your muscles use it for short, intense efforts, like lifting a weight.
Does it work without training? No. The EU-approved claim only applies with strength training at least three times a week. Without training, we promise nothing.
Why 3 g? It is the daily dose the European Union approved for adults aged 55 and older. There is no need for a loading phase with higher doses.
Can I take it if I have kidney problems? If you have kidney disease, take regular medication or are under medical supervision, talk to your doctor first.
When should I take it? Whenever suits you, every day, on rest days too. The important thing is not to miss a day.
What about the magnesium? Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Will it make me gain weight or feel bloated? It has no sugar and no calories worth counting. In the first few days your muscles may hold a little more water, which is normal.
